  Not a busy time!! Waited 10 minutes to be greeted, then treated poorly when I asked to place a to-go order. Was sent to the station, where I waited another 10 minutes. Had to grab my own menu. The guy to helped me was nice enough, but then made fun of my tip to a waitress!! Right in front of me. Not even 3 feet away. And he was loud too. I left 15%!! Which is great considering the service... and then they didn't even get my order all the way complete when they tried to send me home. I'm really disappointed in this Chili's.

  Sub-par food and service. Had a long wait to get a table, even longer time getting the food after we ordered. Ribs were dry and almost cold. Server seemed like he had no clue and was very inattentive at bringing us refills and extra napkins. I will not be going back.
