We finally got our order after series of screwed up from the Red Ribbon Woodside staff! Date: 2/25/2012 Order #330.
We placed a phone order for to-go a half an hour ahead. Staff Bryan answered the phone. We arrived but order was never processed since he was supposed to get our credit card payment (must be pre-paid). He said he forgot!
Then, another staff Rizza worked on our order. We left and found out later that she forgot our 2 chicken empanadas! She even insisted that it was never placed, but when she saw the receipt! It was clearly charged!
Upper or even corporate management should learn from this. They wasted our New York time, gas and we are late for work!
